Bodyful Connections
The School for Embodied Christianity

A Christ-centered Circle for women to rest, express, reflect, and feel God’s presence through the body.
In our busy, scattered world, it's easy to disconnect
from ourselves, our bodies, and even our faith.
Do you ever feel like you’re…
Juggling multiple roles and responsibilities, leaving you anxious, scattered, and drained?
Struggling to feel God’s presence in your body, even though you believe He’s with you?
Living in your head or on autopilot, disconnected from the deep, peaceful presence you long for?
Having difficulty slowing down to pray, reflect, or connect—despite yearning for soulful connection with yourself, God, and other women?
Craving to truly feel God’s love in your body — in a way that brings peace, calms your mind, and nourishes your soul?

Are You Ready To...
Experience God in tangible ways
through your body and breath
Deepen your spiritual growth
through creative expression
Carve out sacred time each week for spiritual self-care
within a loving, Christ-centered sisterhood
Calm your nervous system and rest
in the nourishing love of God
Awaken to joy, peace, and God’s presence
woven into your everyday life
Experience a Faith You Can Feel
The Feel Your Faith Circle is a welcoming, heart-centered space for Christian women around the world to slow down and experience faith not just as a belief — but as something you can feel within your body and spirit.
This is not a Bible study or traditional prayer group.
It’s a sacred and safe space to reconnect with yourself, your body, with God, and with other women through creative expression and prayerful reflection.
At the heart of this experience is a contemplative practice called Body Divina — a gentle way of lingering with scripture and mystical wisdom through your breath, body, heart and art.
What to Expect in Each Session
Each week, we’ll center around a passage of scripture or mystical wisdom — gently exploring how God is speaking to your whole being: body, mind, and spirit.
Through simple movement, creative journaling, soulful music, visual reflections, stillness and rest, you’ll begin to experience your faith through these meaningful, sensory encounters with yourself and God.
Absolutely no movement or art experience is needed — just a willing heart.

January Theme:
Living Your Yes: A New Year of Embodied Faith
Four Weeks to Live Your Yes in Your Body
In this new year, you are invited into a gentle, embodied beginning.
Rather than resolutions or striving,
January opens with an invitation to live your yes—the same yes Mary offered with her body, breath, and presence.
Each week, we explore a different embodied pathway:
-
Week 1: Your Feet — Grounding & Divine support
-
Week 2: Your Heart — Receiving God’s presence
-
Week 3: Your Hands — Offering & blessing
-
Week 4: Your Walk — Moving through life with God
Through movement, breath, creative expression, and contemplative prayer, you’ll discover how to let your yes become a lived experience in your everyday life.
This month offers a sacred pause to reconnect with your body, awaken to the Spirit within, and begin the year from a place of peace, softness, and deep alignment.
