You’re invited into a creative sacred pause—a cozy, in-person morning to slow down, soften, and begin Lent with tenderness.
It’s a gentle, Christ-centered space to rest, reflect, and pray. At the heart of our morning is Body Divina—a contemplative practice of lingering with scripture through your breath, body, heart, and art.
No art or movement experience is needed. Come as you are with an open heart.

A March Lenten Morning of Creative Reflection
Theme: Carried in Love (Psalm 131)
There is a kind of Lenten invitation that isn’t loud or heavy. It’s quiet. It’s humble. It’s deeply kind.
In this March in-person gathering, we’ll linger with Psalm 131—a “Song of Ascents” that gently guides us from striving… into quiet trust.
“But I have calmed and quieted my soul,
like a weaned child with its mother…” (Psalm 131, NRSV)
This morning is for the woman who feels tired of carrying so much—mentally, emotionally, spiritually—
and is longing to soften into God’s steady presence.
Together we will experience a simple embodied ritual of release + snuggly receptivity.
An April Easter Morning of
Creative Reflection
Theme: Easter Peace → Tender Renewal
You’re invited to a cozy, in-person morning to exhale after Lent and receive the quiet gift of Easter.
Our guiding passage will be John 20:19–21 (NRSV)—the Risen Jesus coming to his friends behind locked doors and speaking the words: “Peace be with you.”
In this Easter reflection, we’ll explore what it means to be tender… and peaceful—and how Christ’s peace can make room for gentle renewal in the depths of our hearts.
Together, we will experience a beautiful, creative ritual with palm-sized hearts.
